Booking Flexibility

If, due to COVID-19, you need to defer or cancel your planned visit, we understand. Our staff are happy to assist, by arranging alternative dates for travel, or offering a 3-year voucher.

Cancellations 

Our staff are happy to assist you by booking alternative dates, or providing a 3-year voucher. If you require assistance, please call us on 1300 76 33 11.

If you feel you cannot use a 3-year voucher please email or call and our staff are happy to assist you. Please note we cannot provide partial cancellations of family tickets.
