Cullen Skink - a chunky Scottish smoked fish and potato cream soup, served with crusty roll (gr opt)
Char grilled Oberon lamb cutlets, warm ratatouille and mint infused yogurt (gf, df opt)          
Double baked goats cheese soufflé, chives and charred house olive bread (v)
Crisp skin pork belly, honey sweetened pumpkin and a warm quinoa, apple and rocket salad. (gf)

Mains

Crisp skin brook trout, mashed potatoes, wilted spinach and a Riesling and almond beurre blanc.(gf) (contains nuts)
Roast cauliflower steak, with a fricassee of spiced lentils and sweet potato puree, and a tahini sauce. (gf, vegan) (contains sesame)
Rolled roast Oberon lamb shoulder, potato rosti, cabbage and lamb demi. (gf)
Char-grilled corn-fed chicken breast, herb crusted fennel, celeriac croquettes and a piccata sauce.
Slow braised local Black Angus beef cheek, red wine, thyme, mushrooms and onions with mashed potatoes and broccolini. (gf)
Char grilled local Black Angus sirloin (250g) with French fries, arugulas, béarnaise and demi glace.(gf)

We stock a massive 59 spirit labels, from Stone Pine Native Citrus vodka, locally crafted in Bathurst, featuring Australian native botanicals, to Lagavulin16, 16-year-old single-malt, distilled on Scotland’s far-flung Isle of Islay. 

This amazing array forms the ingredients of new handmade cocktails, such as the Cave Tini (gin, vermouth and olives soaked in Jenolan brine) or the irresistible Gold@Jenolan (Dead Man Gold rum, Kahlua and Frangelico).  Try one.

Chisolm's Restaurant is named after Miss Barbara Chisolm who worked in Caves House hotel for many years, until 1958. Now, Miss Chisholm is thought to be one of Jenolan's ghosts.
