"Michael and I have recently been married at Jenolan Caves and we would like to pass on our experience with you. Firstly I would like to thank your tour guides for their patience with making sure all our guests made it to Cathedral Chamber all in one piece and also for ensuring that I had plenty of rest breaks on my way in. In subsequent cave tours that followed over the next few days all your guides (including those in Ticket office) were nice, very knowledgeable and funny.

There was not a single negative thing said by our guests. All our meals were served on time and all your wait/bar staff were always cheerful and very friendly. This standard of service continued throughout our entire stay and every meal was faultless.

"Just a quick thank you – for hosting our wedding last weekend. Also if possible could you thank the kitchen and staff. The meals we received were excellently presented and people loved them. Particularly people talked very positively about the meat entrees and the Barramundi. It was also very nice to come back to a room which was specially prepared as well. Clearly the staff spent much time preparing it. I will have no hesitation in recommending Jenolan Caves to friends for a wedding in the future."

"Everything about the wedding went without a hitch. All of our guests commented on the friendly but very efficient service we received throughout our stay from you and all of your staff, from the receptionist, those who served at the wedding and the room cleaning staff who managed to somehow make our room look presentable even though it was a central store room for a pile of wedding paraphernalia – they were all a delight to deal with. All our guests also were extremely impressed with the quality of the food both especially the canapés and at the reception, where the bride exercised her prerogative to delay everything - it might have caused chaos for your kitchen staff but it didn’t diminish the quality of the food or its presentation in any way.
"While it was an extra effort to hold the wedding in a remote location, it turned a wedding ceremony into a two or three day festival for the guests. It was a great experience – The bride and groom were ecstatic with the event which was always the most important part for us.
